LYRICS:
what'll i know when the day is done
i wish i had monkey i could blame this on
what'll i know when the day is through
you ain’t nothin like me
i ain’t nothin like you
from all i could tell we were falling apart
you had a blank in your stare
i had a break in my heart
you know i understand what made you wanna leave but when you ran
away
you did a favor for me

well there ain’t nothin left to do and its plain to see
a woman like you
with a man like me
with a man like me

i live out in the country
on a dead end road
down by the evergreen tree on the Bolly Plateau
i wave to my neighbors
and i keep to myself
i deal with the heartbreak
like everyone else
but woman tell me why
you had to go and tear me down i been hearing what you're sayin to all my
friends around town you tell em all lies
and you blame it on me
but every time you tell a lie
you do a favor for me

aw there ain’t nothin left to do and its plain to see
a woman like you
with a man like me
with a man like me
wherever you are wherever you are wherever you are wherever you are
(yeah)
well there ain’t nothing left to do and its plain to see
it took a woman like you
to make a man
a man like me a man like me a man like me (yeah)
