Lyrics:
Don’t you ever give up on love
You never know when it might show up
Like when you miss your last train or get caught in the rain
Or when you’re spending your last five bucks
We’ve all seen times that are tough
But no matter how down you are on your luck
Believe me, it’s true, love’s coming for you
Don’t you ever give up on love

I know cause it happened to me
When my old sweetheart set me free
I thought it was the end I’d never smile again
It just wasn’t meant to be
But when the hand of fate closes a door
Another one opens for sure
Now I’m thankful each day I did not get my way
Don’t you ever give up on love
