Lyrics:
I go to Nicholasville to pass the time
And go sit in the park
I took myself one of those depressive drives, it got pretty dark
Some kid was out there playing guitar
Singing if I needed you then it hit me all my favorite bands, were the ones you made me listen to

I'm wondering who you're sleeping with
Thought starts and it doesn't quit
So, I let it take me all the way down
Self Sabotage until I drown

I guess some things never change
It all stays the same all these generational habits
They just rearrange
I bet you're seeing somebody else now I bet she’s really pretty and really smart
She probably, reads the New York Times, or went to Harvard, or won some kind of Nobel Peace prize
I bet she’s the #1 Zookeeper of the San Diego Zoo and all she wants to do is touch you good for you

Now I'm wondering how you're spending time
What’s yours now once was mine
So I light one up at 8 am
Try not to cry at work again

So I light one up at 8 am
Try not to cry at work again

So the world will spin
Chew you up and then spit
Like Beechnut tobacco
In an old Coke bottle
Sitting by the chair of your grandfather

So the world will spin
Chew you up and then spit
Like Beechnut Tobacco
In an old Coke bottle
Sitting by the chair of your grandfather
Sitting by the chair of your grandfather
