📝 Lyrics

Intro
Ohhh you gotta let that one go
Know your heart is bent and broke
But there’s a better one down

Verse 1
Brighter days
Brighter days are on their way
And it’s okay
Baby it’s okay to change

I know it’s heavy in your chest
Weighing on your shoulders
Haven’t done it yet
But you’re one step closer to that goodbye
Yeah this I know

Chorus
Ohh you gotta let that one go
Know your heart is bent and broke
But there’s a better one down the road

Ohhh some things aren’t meant to be
But it’s something you can’t see til you’re miles down the road, oh
There’s a better one down
A better one down the road
There’s a better one down

Verse 2
I know it’s hard
It’s hard to fall apart, but who you are
Who you are shines in the dark

It’s heavy in your chest
Weighing on your shoulders
You don’t know it yet but you’ll see it when it’s over
It’s all alright, yeah this I know

Chorus
Ohh you gotta let that one go
Know your heart is bent and broke
But there’s a better one down the road

Ohh some things aren’t meant to be
But it’s something you can’t see til you’re miles down the road, oh
There’s a better one down
A better one down the road
There’s a better one down the road

Bridge
Put one foot in front of the other
If there was one once
There’ll be another

Chorus
Oh you gotta let that one go
Know your heart is bent and broke
But there’s a better one down the road

Ohh some things aren’t meant to be
But it’s something you can’t see til you’re miles down the road

There’s a better one down
A better one down the road
There’s a better one down
Better one down the road

There’s a better one down the road
There’s a better one
There’s a better one down
A better one down the road

Outro
Let it hurt
Let it burn
Let it go
Never done
Always one down the road

Let it hurt
Let it burn
Let it go
Never done
Always one down the road
