Jobi Riccio — “Love of the Song” | FLOOD Sessions (Live at Club Roar Studios in Nashville, TN)

"'Love of the Song' was written when I first moved to Nashville and felt overwhelmed by the hustle of life in a town fueled by drinking culture, poor work-life balance, and never really turning 'off.' It's a song that means a lot to me, and we had a lot of fun recording it—both for the record and for this live-to-tape video session—at Club Roar Studios in Nashville. Roar is a super special studio where I've made a lot of music with my friend Isaiah Beard, who co-produced and mixed both my last record and this upcoming one. There’s amazing artwork on every wall, world-class guitars, a harpsichord, and even a bed in one corner. It felt right to come back and shoot these videos with the band at Roar, which feels like a creative playground." — Jobi Riccio
