Lyrics:
Texas Tumbleweed, darling please come back to me
I always hoped that you would stay
But God made you to drift away
Did you find another sweetheart
And thought it’d best for us to part
Why did you have to leave
My Texas Tumbleweed

Texas Tumbleweed
You said I was all you’d ever need
Was that horizon calling you
To some other sky, a brighter blue
Here today and gone again
You’re as faithful as the wayward wind
No one can ever match your speed
My Texas Tumbleweed
