Erin Rae // “Clean Slate” for NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest

Erin Rae & two of The Meanwhiles, "Smokin" Brett Resnick and Molly Parden at the office of Native Magazine and GEMSonVHS located in Marathon Village, Nashville, TN.

Growing up, my sister and I listened to NPR with our parents what felt like constantly, and used to make our own "radio shows" to mimic what we heard. From Prairie Home Companion, to This American Life, to All Songs Considered, I have continued to be inspired by NPR and it would be SO wonderful to play the same little stage as so many of my favorite musicians. Thanks for doing this whole thing!
